Currently, natural gas prices are often inflated and the supply of natural gas to Ukraine is currently uncertain. Building a gas pipeline from the general gas supply system to a specific company or household is expensive and time-consuming. You will need to spend more money on repairs and additional preventive maintenance, as the condition of outdated communications can be dire.

If an industrial or manufacturing facility has problems with gas supply, heating or hot water supply, it's time to think about creating an autonomous gasification system. At this stage, we install evaporators, tanks, install gas pipelines, etc.
At the stage of general construction works, we install fences, gas alarms, insulate gas pipelines, carry out commissioning of burners if necessary, etc.

Evaporators

Evaporators designed to evaporate liquefied petroleum gases and supply the vapor phase to downstream groups (regulatory groups) in the autonomous gas supply system to a lower pressure

Gasholder

Underground and above ground tanks, with and without high neck, with and without manhole

Inspection of the site by a specialist for the potential possibility of installing an underground/ground gas holder and installation of an autonomous gas supply system
Delivery of equipment.
Pre-design work. Collection of geodetic and hydrogeological information on the site where the gas supply system is to be installed, as well as preparation of documentation on the intended purpose of the site.
Development and approval of a proposal for autonomous gas supply.
Delivery of materials and installation of the base plate of the gas holder.
Installation of the tank(s) and anchoring with bolts;

Installation of electrochemical protection (underground tanks), lightning arresters and grounding
Tie-in of the tank(s) with pipe and gas pipeline fittings
Pressure testing of the autonomous gas supply system, control of the tightness of the installation of system elements, the integrity of the coating of the tank(s);
Filling the gas holder with liquefied gas and putting the autonomous gas supply system into operation.
Service maintenance. Scheduled systematic monitoring of the functionality of the filled gas holder and shut-off valves of the autonomous gas supply system, replacement of necessary spare parts and troubleshooting during the use of the system.
