У системах автономної газифікації використовується скраплений вуглеводневий газ, суміш пропану та бутану, такий же як у газових балонах та системах газобалонного обладнання для автомобілів.
How cost-effective is the use of liquefied hydrocarbon gas compared to other types of fuel?
Вартість однієї одиниці тепла, отриманої при спалюванні ЗВГ, у 2 рази нижча, ніж при використанні електрики або дизпалива (рідкого). Пропан-бутан при спалюванні виділяє мінімум шкідливих домішок в атмосферу, що дозволяє не лише піклуватися про природу, а й економити на сплаті податків за екологією. Скраплений вуглеводневий газ продовжує термін служби обладнання завдяки зниженому вмісту сірчистих сполук. Так, у сучасних систем автономного газопостачання, що працюють на ЗВГ, термін експлуатації розтягується більш ніж на чверть століття.
What is off-grid natural gas conversion?
Автономна система газопостачання або автономна газифікація - це власна незалежна безперебійна система газопостачання, яка не пов'язана з магістральними мережами. Суть процесу встановлення даної системи полягає у монтажі спеціального підземного резервуара – газгольдера, який заправляється зрідженим газом. Об'єм резервуара можна вибрати зі стандартної лінійки заводу-виробника від 4600 до 20000 літрів, що дозволяє виконувати заправку зі зручним періодом від 1 разу на рік. Залежно від площі об'єкта розраховується обсяг необхідного газгольдера, наприклад, для приватного будинку площею 100 квадратних метрів знадобиться резервуар обсягом 4600 літрів.

Для забезпечення стабільної роботи системи опалення без використання обладнання для випаровування необхідно підтримувати заданий рівень випаровування зрідженого газу всередині газгольдера. При мінусових температурах випаровування пропан-бутанової суміші практично зупиняється. Це завдання вирішується шляхом розміщення частини резервуара нижче рівня промерзання грунту.

Системи автономного газопостачання повністю відповідають прийнятим національним стандартам у сфері експлуатації обладнання для скрапленого газу. Правила використання систем опалення, що працюють на зрідженому газі, є аналогічними існуючим для магістрального газу.
What does ZVG stand for?
ЗВГ – скорочене найменування групи зріджених вуглеводневих газів. До ЗВГ у тому числі відносять пропан та бутан. СПБТ – суміш пропан-бутан технічна – основний вид зрідженого газу, що використовується для роботи систем опалення та інших пальників.
